Vision

To help people discover and walk in divine destiny

Mission

To build up the body of Christ into His fullness

“For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ”

Ephesians 4:12-13 (KJV)

Our Goals

To host the tangible presence of God

We believe that when God’s presence comes, it pushes back darkness and releases people to walk in destiny

To Saturate in God’s word

We believe that God has chosen to reveal Himself through the written word, and soaking in the word of God is the key to divine transformation.

To disciple nations

We believe that God has called us to make disciples of all nations teaching them to obey and to do all that Jesus taught.
Milestones

Our History

House of Revival Church is a church plant of Weapons of Revival Ministries International Ltd. The ministry was registered in 2009 and started operations in Kampala in October 2009.

Our first branch was launched on the 19th of July 2010 at Seguku along the Kampala – Entebbe Highway. We were a relatively small congregation of about 50 people for the most part of 2011 and 2012. The church later moved to a new location in 2012 but in the same locality.

In November 2015, we made a decision to move closer to the city so as to reach more people and at the same time make the transition from a bi-lingual to an English-speaking church. We needed to be more focused and more effective but also to be closer to the people that God was using to support the work.God made a way for us to start a mid-week prayer meeting and Sunday morning service at Little Treasures Nursery and Day Care along Hesketh Bell road in Kololo (a city suburb). God was so gracious in adding more people to us and more support that has helped us to reach more people with the gospel. It is at Kololo that our main prayer campaign code-named “Encounter weekend” was launched, with it also came the Men’s and Women’s Breakfasts that are also having great impact in their own right.

In September 2016, the Lord made a way for us to move to the House of Prayer and Worship grounds in Kisaasi where we are currently holding our Wednesday midweek prayer meetings, our end of month overnight prayer meetings and our Sunday service. We trust and believe that God has brought us here for such a time as this, He has joined us to the Kisaasi pastor’s fraternity and given us wonderful friends. Greater things are in store and for that we are forever grateful to God Almighty and to our friends and partners in the ministry.

Our Values

Christ is central and through Him we have a relationship with God the Father and the Holy Spirit.

We are committed to the Word of God as the final authority for living and ministry.

To show love and care to the body of Christ and beyond.

We believe that through prayer we are able to host the presence of God, and when He comes, He drives back darkness and releases people into destiny.

To express our devotion to God through a deep and spiritual worship experience and extend the same to others.

We are a Spirit filled Church, believing in the working of the Spirit of God in this dispensation and in growing and utilising all spiritual gifts for the edification of the church

To go make disciples of all nations. We believe it’s important to God that we spread the gospel of Christ everywhere.

We believe that God owns everything and has called us to manage it on His behalf

To pursue excellence in all we do as a church and ministry in order to bring glory to God.spiritual gifts for the edification of the church

To equip people in the knowledge of Christ and how to witness for Him.
